1. Downloading the games

   Clicking on the button 'Download Casino Games' will launch (possibly after a few seconds) a pop-up box like the one below (if this box does not appear please check your browser pop-up blockers allow pop-ups from http://play.lottery.co.uk and try again):
   
   
   Once you click the 'Run' button you may get the following warning message depending on your Windows firewall settings - it is perfectly safe to continue and click 'Run' again:
   
   
   The following screen will appear:
   
   
   You will then be asked to select where you want the programme to install and to confirm that have you have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions:
   
   
   The following screen will then appear. If you have had an account created by us or previously registered and are re-installing the software please select “EXISTING ACCOUNT” If you are a new Lottery.co.uk player please select “NEW ACCOUNT”
   
   
   The following screens will then show the progress of your installation until completion:
   
   
   
   
   In future, when you launch the desktop icon you will go straight to the following screen:
   
   
   

2. Registering an Account

   If you have downloaded the software click on the launch icon and click 'Register' to register on Instant Play simply click here

   2. How to Deposit

      After you have registered, log in via the Downloaded version and select 'Play for Real' or log in on the Instant Play page.
      If it is the first time you are depositing or have no funds in your account the following message will appear:

      By pressing 'Cashier' or 'Ok' on either of these screens you will be taken to the Ecash Direct cashier – if you are not re-directed to the cashier simply select 'Cashier' from the menu options and the following screen will appear:

      Once your card is enrolled in either of these services you will not need to enroll again but you will be taken through the security process whenever you purchase online with a merchant using either of these services.
      
      Below is an example of depositing selecting Debit/Credit Card:
      If you select to deposit via Debit/Credit Card you will be taken the following screen/tab where you need to select whether you will be depositing via your Debit or Credit Card on the drop down menu BEFORE entering your card details as requested:

5. Play for Fun – Practice Mode

   Practice mode is only available in the downloaded version of the software.
   Click here to download the software or if you have already done so, launch the software using the desktop icon. You will be given the option to 'Play for Real' or 'Practice Mode' so select 'Practice Mode'. Please note that although game rules and functionality are the same as 'Play for Real' the Random Number Generator used in Practice Mode is your computer's Windows random number generator and not the licensed and tested Random Number Generator we use in 'Play for Real' mode.
   
   In order to play in 'Practice Mode' you will not be able to automatically use your 'Play for Real' User Name and will need to register a new User Name when you enter this mode for the first time.
